Dividendos da Vale

Em post de 16/03/09, informei que a Diretoria Executiva havia aprovado e submeteria à deliberação do Conselho de Administração proposta para pagamento de remuneração mínima aos acionistas para 2009.
Ontem a Diretoria Executiva da Vale apresentou ao Conselho de Administração da empresa a proposta para destinação do lucro apurado em 2008, ou seja, qual montante será destinado para o pagamento de dividendos e JCP (Juros sobre o Capital Próprio) aos acionistas.
Assim, a diretoria da companhia sugeriu remuneração aos acionistas na base de R$ 0,97046 por ação em circulação.
Sobre o pagamento de Juros sobre o Capital Próprio (JCP), a companhia estará destinando aos acionistas o montante de R$ 4,834 bilhões, que também deverá ser aprovado pelo Conselho, a serem pagos em duas parcelas, respectivamente nos meses de abril e outubro deste ano.
A diretoria propõe ainda que Quanto ao saldo remanescente dos lucros acumulados no valor de R$ 15 bilhões, a Diretoria está propondo que o mesmo seja destinado à reserva para expansão e investimentos, a fim de atender aos projetos previstos no orçamento da Vale.
